Dish of the Evening: Salmon Wellington:It is a salmon fillet topped with dill, cream cheese and crab, wrapped in puff pastry bake until golden brown, and topped with a lemon caper sauce- served with a wild rice pilaf and asparagus.
(Salivating yet? We know we are!)
And to cinch the deal, for Dessert: Lemon Cream Pie, with raspberry sauce.
