Floral Arranging for Beginners
with John MacBride and Jamie Rice
Sunday, May 15: 2 pm to 4 pm
It’s time to beat back those winter blues with some blooms! Join us at the King’s Playhouse for a hands-on workshop on how to create hand-tied floral bouquets. Our instructors, Jamie Rice and John MacBride will ensure you leave with a stunning floral arrangement to enjoy in your home, or give as a gift.
Looking for something special to do with a loved one? Bring your mom, grandma, nana, daughter, granddaughter, sister, step-sister, sister-in-law, favourite cousin, best friend….or you dad, fiancé, boyfriend, brother….well you get the idea. Or come by yourself. All are welcome. Given this workshop requires some skill and the use of floral snips, we recommend participants be over the age of 12.
Tickets are $30 per person and all floral materials, tools and containers are included in the price. We recommend casual clothing, comfortable shoes, masks (of course), a tea towel, and an apron if you have one. You must pre-register for this event.
