Brave Spaces 101
This interactive, family-friendly educational workshop will explore the changing landscape of the language associated with the diversity of gender and sexuality, drag queens and gender expression, and strategies for creating brave, inclusive spaces. This educational session will explore:
- The definitions of gender identity, sexual orientation and gender expression and associated appropriate language;
- drag queens and gender expression;
- and developing a shared understanding of Brave Spaces.
