All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
The prices displayed are subject to a non-refundable ticket surcharge.
All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Kings Playhouse reserves the right to refuse admission and may request any ticket holders to leave (taking any such appropriate action which may be necessary to enforce this right) before or during performances if it is necessary to do so.
Mobile phones (including mobile phone cameras), pagers and watch alarms must be switched off before entering the theatre.
Our Privacy Policy dictates that information you may disclose to Kings Playhouse in order to complete a ticket purchase will be kept confidential and never shared with a third party

We accept cash, Interac, Visa and Mastercard. Ticket prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Your Personal Information
Our Box Office Staff is instructed to gather data research on our patrons for promotional initiatives and future marketing/fundraising purposes.
Your provision of this information is strictly voluntary. Any data garnered will not be distributed to third parties.
Service Charges
- All ticket sales include a $1.50 per ticket service fee.
- All surcharges include HST.
- Please note that these fees may change without notice.
Ticket Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted within 48 hours of the performance for tickets of equal or greater value at the time of purchase. A $5.00 fee is added to all exchanges. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
For copyright purposes, the use of cameras, video cameras, and sound recording devices is prohibited. Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers before entering the theatre.

Services for People with Mobility Disabilities
We are committed to welcoming everyone. Should a support person be required to accompany you, we will waive the payment of the ticket amount for admission to the theatre.
- Wheelchair accessible seats are available throughout the theatre. They can be accessed directly through our ticket map, or by calling our Box Office at 1-888-346-5666.
- All washrooms are accessible.
- Designated accessible parking spaces are located in the surface lot behind the theatre.
- Automatic door openers are available at both entrances.
